Kevin very successfully sourced and developed my first HMO in Gloucester. I live in London so I was not able to get to site myself very often. I also did not know the ins, and outs of finding strong property deals or developing properties. I can very confidently say the results were fantastic in terms of performance of the property. I achieved a 33% return on my investment after accounting for all costs incurred.
The most impressive aspect for me is that I fully understood how the project was performing and felt secure that Kevin was professionally managing my property and ensuring it was going to be as successful as promised. In fact, he came in a bit below budget on both the build and fees and the refinance came in better than projected.
As soon as I have another pot of cash set aside, I will be investing again with Nouveau Living. I cannot recommend his service highly enough!
